We positively recommend our in-store reservation service for our more expensive diamond jewellery as we are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality you get for the price. You can also speak to our trained diamond advisors in store to ensure that you end up with the perfect item.
So whilst you are very welcome to shop and pay online with us, you can also choose to have your order sent to your local Chapelle store where you can pay for it on collection. If you change your mind once you see the item, you are under no obligation to purchase.
A Confirmation Email will immediately be sent to the email address you provided and your chosen store will contact you once they have processed/received the order. Some items will be available in store for immediate collection, but please allow our stores enough time to process your order. Details of the exact time and date the item will be ready for collection can be shown on the product page (once you have entered your postcode).
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee that rings will be available to view in the correct size ordered. We will endeavour to supply rings in a suitable size, which the branch can have adjusted for you free of charge once payment has been made. This is for speed and to avoid unnecessary work for our goldsmiths.Items that need to be specially ordered or are made bespoke are not available to reserve e.g. sizes outside our standard range; J-S for ladies and R-Z for men, or rings ordered in different carats etc. We can however, send a standard stock line to the store for you to view free of charge.
