Terms and Conditions

1. F. Hinds Ltd (The promoter) Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) (The Operator), its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the products and can't be held responsible for any resulting disagreement.

2. The ‘Chapelle August 2026 Prize Draw’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is being run by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 6467245, whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG, the “Operator”), on behalf of F.Hinds Ltd. (company no. 00149328) whose registered office is at 24 Park Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1NH.

3. Entrants are bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion at the time they are entered into the prize draw.

4. The prize drawer is open to Chapelle customers who make at least 1 purchase in any Chapelle store or on the website at www.chapelle.co.uk and sign up to Love Chapelle within the promotion dates

5. The Promotion is not open to employees, nor family members of employees, of the promoter, the Operator, nor any of their group companies, nor any affiliates of such companies.

6. All customers who are entered into the prize draw must be and aged 18 or over.

7. The prize draw will be open between 00.01am on 31st July 2026 and 23:59pm on 31st August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

8. The Prize draw will consist of the following prizes:

9. The Prize will be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by MLP. The Prize is subject to availability.

10. The online prizes will be issued to the email address associated with your prize draw entry within 5 days of prize being drawn.

11. The draw will take place W/C 1st September 2026

12. The prizes shall be randomly selected by MLP using computer technology that ensures that there is no bias to any entrant. The methodology and details of how the draw has been carried out can be made available upon request.

13. The winners of each prize will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw, confirming that they’re a winner. This email will contain the prize and details on how winners can redeem their prize

14. Winners will be asked to submit their postal address to enable fulfilment of their prize.

15. Winners will have 14 days from the date of the notification email to submit their postal address. No reminder emails will be sent, but if requested by customer or F Hinds, MLP can resend the email.

16. Any winners who do not provide a valid postal address within the 14-day window will forfeit their prize entitlement.

17. The Promoter (F. Hinds) reserves the right to vary the prizes without prior notice to an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative shall be available.

18. The Promoter (F. Hinds) reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

19. Entrants agree that the Promoter (F. Hinds) may rely on such details as are provided by entrants when entering the draw. The Promoter (F. Hinds) accepts no liability or responsibility for loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the submission of incorrect personal details by entrants to the draw.

20. The Operator (MLP) will not be responsible for any delays caused by any third parties (e.g. the email service).

21. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

22. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

23. The decisions of the promoter (F. Hinds) are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. By taking part in this prize draw, all participants agree to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

25. The Promoter (F. Hinds) and The Operator (MLP) may use personal details submitted by entrants when entering the draw for the purposes of administering the draw. MLP will manage the data processing on behalf of F. Hinds as required for the fulfilment of the draw and provision of the Prize. To the extent that MLP process personal data submitted by entrants, this will be processed in accordance with their Privacy Notice, found here (https://mlp.agency/privacy/).

26. In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the prize draw impossible or impractical, the Promoter (F. Hinds) reserves the right to cancel the draw. In the event of such cancellation entrants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever because of cancellation of the draw.

27. The promoter (F. Hinds and The Operator (MLP) does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed. For example, because of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.

28. Prizes do not include any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, including but not limited to travel, food and drink, spending money, accommodation, tax or personal expenses.

29. The promoter nor the operator are responsible or liable for any extended requirements beyond the winning of the prize.

30. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.
