Refunds - With stores closed we extended our refund policy until they re-opened. This means goods purchased from November 1st can be refunded within 30 days up until the 12th May (subject to normal refund terms). The same applies to exchanges, ring sizes etc.
Orders In Store - stores will be contacting customers directly to update them on the status of any orders outstanding. The same applies to repairs, valuations etc. If you do not hear from a store regarding your order please feel free to contact them directly.
Ongoing Orders/Repairs - most manufacturers have continued some form of service during lockdown but many have furloughed staff or operated on shorter hours. We expect the majority of orders/repairs to be available during the week when the stores re-open but there may be some delays. If you do not hear from your store regarding an outstanding order/repair please contact them directly to discuss.
