 Lockdown Notice


Please note that all stores are temporarily closed. Please follow the news as to when locations may be allowed to open again. Stores will reopen as and when the government announces we are allowed to - we do not know when this will be. We look forward to being able to serve you again, but in the meantime you can still purchase online. The following advice regarding orders, repairs and refunds applies:

Refunds -
Whilst stores are closed we are extending our refund policy until they are re-open. This means goods purchased from November 1st can be refunded within 30 days of stores being open again (subject to normal refund terms). We cannot process refunds for items purchased in-store until stores reopen.The same applies to exchanges, ring sizes etc.

Orders In Store -
any orders in store will be secured until we are allowed to open the stores again. We cannot access these goods so collection can only be made after lockdown is lifted. The same applies to repairs, valuations etc.

Ongoing Orders/Repairs -
we expect most manufacturers to continue some form of service but this may be limited or slowed as they too furlough staff or work shorter weeks. We expect the majority of orders/repairs to be available for when the stores re-open subject to us having been able to have transferred the item out of the store before lockdown commenced.
