1. The "Promoter" is F.Hinds Ltd. (company no. 00149328) whose registered office is at 24 Park Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1NH
2. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of the F.Hinds and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw.
3. To enter, you must make at least 1 purchase in any F.Hinds or Chapelle store or on the website at www.fhinds.co.uk/www.chapelle.co.uk and sign up to Love Hinds or Love Chapelle within the promotion dates.
4. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 9th March 2025 at 23:59pm. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
6. Winners will be drawn by 14th March 2025.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
9. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
10. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
14. The prizes are not transferable.
15. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
16. In the instance that the promoter does not hold winning customers’ address details, winners will be contacted via email to obtain this information. If winners do not provide this information within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. The promoter will notify the winner when they can collect their prize.
19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
22. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be shared to a third party for fulfilment purposes only.
