From the likes of Cheryl Cole to Dame Shirley Bassey, earrings were the statement piece of jewellery for most of the stars performing at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert on June 4th.
Taking place outside Buckingham Palace, plenty of musicians, comedians and TV personalities honoured the Queen’s 60 years on the throne.
Cheryl Cole was a surprise performer at the event as she joined Gary Barlow on-stage to sing the Jubilee song.
She wowed the audience with her unique dress and jewellery choices as well as her voice.
Cole wore a strapless gown with a wet-look sequin bodice and a white exploding fishtail coupled with a high ponytail.
Her hair was perfect for showing off her dazzling silver chandelier earrings. Other pieces of statement jewellery included a chunky ring and matching bracelet.
Music legend Dame Shirley Bassey also sang at the concert, treating the audience to a live rendition of ‘Diamonds are Forever’.
She rocked a white gown with sheer sleeves and a chiffon cape accessorised with a gleaming pair of drop earrings.
The Voice judge Jessie J also chose a pair of earrings to complement her Jubilee outfit.
Jessie teamed her black and gold mullet dress, decorated with blue feathers, with some gold hoop earrings.
While Kylie Minogue didn’t wear any jewellery, she did pay tribute to the Queen and London’s Pearly Kings with her ensemble.
The Australian pop-star stepped out in a black playsuit embellished with tonnes of tiny pearls and buttons complete with matching hat.
Some of the women in the cap down also chose earrings, including Sophie, the Countess of Wessex and the Queen herself.
Adorned in a regal black cloak, Queen Elizabeth II selected a pair of pearl stud earrings to add some glamour to her ensemble, while her daughter-in-law went for gold stud ones to match her outfit.
