Purchasing a gift card

Gift cards are available to purchase from all our stores and by phone on 0115 9400 500 for any value you wish. Chapelle Jewellery gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used in any of our shops nationwide.

Spending using a gift card

At present we are unable to process payments using gift cards on our website however they can be used for telephone orders. Should you have a query relating to the outstanding balance on your gift card or to use a gift card as part or full payment of an order, please contact us by calling 0115 9400 500. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm during which time we are able to confirm the balance on your card and take your order over the phone.
